How do you become a Reseller?
It's easy. You just have to sign-up for our HostingReseller package. This package will enable you to host 5 domains. Once you have reached your 5 domains limit and want to expand you just have to sign-up for an additional HostingReseller package and so on...

How does the billing work?
You will enter your own personal information every time you apply for another hosting account. We will then combine all the hosting accounts into one account. You will then in turn have to invoice your clients directly. You are therefore responsible for the collection of your subscription fees. The advantage of you billing your clients directly is that you can charge them whatever you like and could therefore make a lot more at the end of the month..

May I keep my own identity?
Our HostingReseller Program allows you to maintain total control over your business. You can continue to operate under your own brand name and offer solutions that are tailored to meet your customers' needs. We stay completely in the background, allowing you to build your own successful Internet business. It's that simple. Resellers normally supply their clients with support, so your clients will never know about us.

Have a look at this example:
If you have 5 active domains with us that costs you R199 in total per month.
That works out to be R39.80 per domain. You can charge anything per domain. Now say if you charge R119 per domain ( which is a very competitive price ) then your total income will be (R119 x 5) = R595. That means you are making a profit of R396 per HostingReseller package!! 
Most hosting companies also charge an activation fee. Although we don't charge an activation fee, you may charge an activation/set-up fee to your clients.

What if I am not going to resell the sites but use them for myself?
Not a problem at all. You qualify for the HostingReseller discount irrespective of if you are reselling the sites or not. All you need to qualify is a completed HostingReseller Application Form whether you want to use 1 or all 5 domains available to you.

What do I need to do now?
To become an HostingReseller, simply complete the HostingReseller application form.

How will the technical Support work?

• We can provide technical support directly to your customers if you want us to. There is no EXTRA charge for having us provide your customers direct support... we just leave it an option, since many Resellers prefer to keep us hidden from their clients.
• You can also choose to have us not provide technical support DIRECTLY to your clients. As a matter of fact, if you choose this, we will have no direct interaction with your clients. We will remain completely anonymous in the background, supporting you as you support your clients. You would simply seek assistance directly from us, and you would then directly assist your customers.
